By agreeing to these Terms of Usage, you consent to receiving calls on your mobile number, even if your number is registered with a Do Not Disturb (DND) service.
First Free Chat/Call
Horocosmo offers each unique user a first free chat or call lasting 3 to 5 minutes. A unique user is defined as an individual whose mobile number and device ID have never been registered with Horocosmo before.
PRIVACY POLICY
Users consent to the Website and Application’s Privacy Policy and agree to its terms, including any updates displayed on the platform.
BREACH AND TERMINATION
The Website and Application reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or alter services without notice. Violations of these Terms of Usage may result in immediate termination of a User’s account. This includes providing false information, causing potential legal liability, or interfering with other Users or services. For service providers, including astrologers, their relationship with the Website and Application is limited to being members and acting independently. The Website and Application may terminate or deactivate the profiles of service providers for violations of these Terms of Usage.

All interactions on these platforms, including guidance and advice received from licensed providers, must comply with these Terms of Usage. The Website and Application reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any User violating these terms. USER ACCOUNT ACCESS

DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND [REFUND POLICY CAN BE DRAFTED SEPARATELY]
No refunds will be processed for any reports once the order has reached the "processing" stage. Users are responsible for placing orders carefully, as the Website and Application are not liable for refunds once processing has begun. In certain circumstances, users may cancel orders before execution by contacting customer care within one hour of payment. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Website and Application. Refunds will not be provided for incorrect information or damaged products post-delivery. Refunds will be credited to the User’s Horocosmo wallet within 72 hours, subject to verification by the quality audit team.

Users must not post, upload, or transmit any content that is false, misleading, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. Unauthorized access, hacking, and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Users agree to receive communication from the Website and Application through various channels, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Any misuse of the platform must be reported to Customer Care, and false complaints may result in termination of membership without refund. The Website and Application reserve the right to withdraw services from unreasonable or abusive customers. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and in English. The courts of Noida (Uttar Pradesh) will have exclusive jurisdiction over any interim relief sought by either party. These Terms of Usage are governed by the laws of India, and any invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. These Terms of Usage constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements.
